Cake Mix

Veg. Oil
60 gms
Cake gel
30 gms
Eggs
10nos [500 gms]
Water
250 gms

PROCEDURE

  1. Place the Celeste Cake mix in mixing vessel.
  2. Add oil, Eggs and water at given ratio.
  3. Mix at slow speed for a period of 1-2 Min. Using a Flat blade and add cake gel and then mix at high speed for 7-8 min.
  4. Pour the batter in a greased baking tray/tin.
  5. Bake at mentioned above temp and time combination.
