Powder Sugar
2.75 kgs
Cake Gel
200 gms
Vanilla Flavour
as required
Refined Wheat Flour
3 kgs
Water
3 kgs
Vegetable oil
600 gms

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix sugar and water till it dissolve for 1-2 min. using wire whisk.
  2. Add, cake gel & mix it for 1-2 min
  3. Add (Mix of Flour and Eggless cake concentrate) for 1-2 min at slow speed
  4. Scrape and add flavour mix for 3-4 min at high speed
  5. At last add oil at slow speed till it is properly mixed for 1-2 min.
  6. Pour in cake mould & bake it

160-180oC

Vegetable oil
1500 gms
Sorbitol
150 gms

PROCEDURE

  1. Creaming – Eggless cake concentrate ,+ powder sugar + oil for period of 2-3 min using flat beater scrape and
  2. Add cake gel and mix at slow speed for period of 1-2 min.
  3. Add of water slowly & mix for 8-10 min. at medium speed.
  4. scrape & Add flavour mix for 1-2 min at medium speed.
  5. Add sorbitol at slow speed till it is properly mixed
  6. Fill the cup & baking
