Cake Mix
1kg
Water
450 gms
Veg. Oil
200-300 gms
Cake gel
30 gms

PROCEDURE

  1. Place the Cake mix in mixing vessel.
  2. Add water at given ratio.
  3. Mix at slow speed for a period of 1-2 Min. using a flat blade scrape and add cake gel and then mix at medium speed for 5-6 min.
  4. Pour the batter in a greased baking muffin cups.
  5. Bake at mentioned temp and time combination.
