HOW TO PREPARE EMULEX 2211 PASTE
Add hot water to Emulex 2211 stir it continuously to form proper emulsion / paste after cooling use the paste.
BUTTER COOKIES EMULEX 2211
- Creaming- Addition of oil, Liquid Glucose, Sugar, SMP, EMULEX 2211 Paste mix for 1-2 min, then addition of Salt, Water (add slowly and mix for 10-12 min.)
- Add Cream
- Add Flour and Baking Powde
- Mix in to a Soft. Sheetable dough
