Add hot water to Emulex 2211 stir it continuously to form proper emulsion / paste after cooling use the paste.

PROCEDURE

  1. Creaming- Addition of oil, Liquid Glucose, Sugar, SMP, EMULEX 2211 Paste mix for 1-2 min, then addition of Salt, Water (add slowly and mix for 10-12 min.)
  2. Add Cream
  3. Add Flour and Baking Powde
  4. Mix in to a Soft. Sheetable dough
  5. Sheeting
  6. Cutting

180-200oC

20-25 mins
