Cake Mix
1kg
Veg. Oil
300 gms
Cake gel
10 gms
Eggs
300 gms
Water
300 gms

PROCEDURE

  1. Place the Cake mix in mixing vessel.
  2. Add oil, Eggs and water at given ratio.
  3. Mix at slow speed for a period of 1-2 Min. Using a flat blade, scrape and add cake gel and then mix at high speed for 6- 7 min.
  4. Pour the batter in a greased baking muffin cups.
  5. Bake at mentioned temp and time combination.
